An exciting early-stage tech business is looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer to help shape and evolve its visual identity as the company scales. This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer who wants more than just execution work. The business is looking for someone with energy, initiative and ideas — someone capable of helping define what “great” looks like creatively over the next few years.
Working closely with the founders, you’ll be involved across branding, campaigns, social content, presentations, pitch decks and wider creative direction projects. The role has genuine long-term progression potential toward a future Creative Director position.
Responsibilities:- Develop and evolve the company’s brand identity
- Design high-quality digital and marketing assets
- Create polished presentations and pitch decks
- Organise and manage the brand asset library
- Collaborate directly with founders on creative direction
- Contribute ideas and creative concepts proactively
- Support content creation across digital and social channels
- Help shape the creative output of a growing startup
- Strong portfolio covering brand and digital design
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Experience within tech, SaaS, fintech or startup/scale-up environments would be highly beneficial
- Motion graphics and/or videography experience would be a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of branding, layout and visual storytelling
- Self-starter mentality with high levels of ownership
