What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build Scalable Salesforce Solutions: Translate evolving business requirements into efficient workflows and platform configurations that support cross-functional teams in a dynamic SaaS setting.
  • Optimize Salesforce Functionality: Manage user access, automation flows, security settings, page layouts, custom objects, and more to meet changing business needs.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and implement Salesforce solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop Reporting & Dashboards: Create impactful reports and dashboards that deliver real-time insights for leadership decision-making.

  • Ensure Data Quality: Manage data imports/exports, deduplication, and cleansing processes using tools like Data Loader and Workbench.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning, configuration (Flows, Process Builder), and permission set management.
  • Proven experience supporting teams such as Sales, Customer Support, and Operations with tailored Salesforce solutions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data tools (e.g., Data Loader, Workbench) and system integrations (e.g., NetSuite, MuleSoft).
  • Experience with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required); additional certifications such as Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder are advantageous.
