The Role
We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand merchant acquisition across the UK (with some pan-European scope). You will play a key role in driving revenue, building relationships, and closing deals with merchants operating in high-risk industries such as gaming, travel, CBD, adult, nutraceuticals, and other challenging verticals.
This is a hands-on sales role that requires a proactive approach, including cold calling, outbound prospecting, and lead generation to identify and close new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Hit and exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Prospect and cold call potential merchants to drive new business.
- Manage relationships with clients and banking partners during onboarding.
- Build bespoke payment solutions tailored to merchant needs while ensuring profitability.
