About the Role
As an Account Executive, your primary focus will be hunting and closing new mid-market clients in the freight brokerage and logistics industry. You’ll introduce a cutting-edge FreightTech SaaS platform that empowers freight brokerages with AI-driven insights, automation, and seamless integrations to optimize their operations.
What You’ll Do
- Identify & Target – Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market freight brokerages, engaging key decision-makers.
- Pitch & Sell – Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demos to showcase the value of our technology.
- Negotiate & Close – Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing, exceeding quota.
- Collaborate & Innovate – Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to refine strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience (3+ years), ideally in SaaS, logistics, or freight tech.
- Hunter mentality – You love prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills – Ability to influence mid-market decision-makers.
- Tech-savvy & adaptable – Experience with CRMs, sales automation, and cloud-based platforms.
- Freight industry knowledge (preferred) – Understanding of TMS, freight brokerage, or logistics is a plus.
