Job responsibilities:

We are looking to recruit a strong and reliable nurse who is experienced and motivated with current and relevant experience to manage packages of care for our adult and paediatric clients whilst also delivering training and signing off competency of support workers in delegated health tasks. Our nurses will be working with clients and support workers ensuring high standard of care delivery supported by a comprehensive individualised care plan. The nurses are responsible for the development of each individual care plan as well as training all staff in the package to a high level. Our Nurse support package could be supporting clients in their required transition from hospital to home or to support a step-down approach in the community setting from a nursing to personal assistant support package. As a member of our nursing team, we need a committed and reliable staff member.
