We are recruiting for a Support Worker to support three of our clients in their own home and out in the community. We are looking for staff to work part time or full time hours. This position is based in Winsford.

Main duties of the job:

  • Prompting with personal care, meal preparation, household tasks and support in accessing the community and using public transport.

About the Role:

As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. After training is completed, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of £13.25 per hour.

Your Responsibilities as a Care Support Assistant:

  • Assisting clients in their daily routines, encouraging independence wherever possible
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Helping with household tasks and meal preparation
  • Supporting clients to attend appointments and community activities
  • Administering medication when required

What We’re Looking For:

  • A caring and empathetic nature
  • A genuine desire to support others
  • Basic IT and record-keeping skills
  • A full UK driving licence is advantageous
  • Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
