- What you'll be doing
- Manufacture and QC diagnostic product components and consumables
- Operate manual and semi-automated manufacturing and dispensing equipment
- Carry out accurate liquid dispensing and pipetting activities
- Pack and label reagents into finished kit form
- Complete batch records accurately to required quality standards
- Process work orders using electronic MRP systems
- Maintain laboratory inventory and material controls
- Operate and maintain equipment to high standards
- Work within Quality Management Systems and GMP requirements
- Develop knowledge across manufacturing processes while delivering efficient, high-quality work
- Collaborate with Operations, R&D and Quality/Regulatory teams
What we're looking for
You'll ideally have at least three years' experience within a manual or semi-automated assembly environment, or a degree in a bioscience, chemistry or related scientific subject.
You'll also bring
- Strong pipetting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience within manufacturing or quality control environments
- Ability to learn and confidently operate new equipment
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Experience with Quality Management Systems and GMP
