Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for social media and content that gets results? Our client, a dynamic, full service agency is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their growing Digital Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves crafting engaging content, thrives on analysis and insights, and is keen to help clients grow their audiences across social channels.
The Role
As Social Media Manager, you’ll:
Produce high-quality content tailored to each client’s audience and objectives
Lead social strategies for select client accounts, delivering work to a high standard and on time
Develop creative briefs for designers and asset creators
Work alongside the Senior SEO Strategist to align social content with broader digital goals
Analyse performance data, report results, and recommend improvements
Stay ahead of social media trends and competitor activity
This is a part-time role based in Bideford.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a natural communicator and organised self-starter who:
Has at least 1 year of experience in social media or content marketing
Writes clear, engaging copy across different tones and topics
Understands how to grow social engagement organically
Is confident using tools like Hootsuite, Sprout, or SocialBee (or similar)
Enjoys analysing data and measuring impact
Can adapt to shifting priorities and bring fresh ideas to the table
Desirable:
• A degree in English, Marketing or a related subject
• Experience managing multiple client accounts
• Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing tools
