We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, B Corp certified agency with an expanding international client portfolio and ambitious growth plans. They are at an exciting stage, scaling performance capability, strengthening senior leadership across digital, and investing in people who can genuinely influence outcomes. This role is not for a mid-level optimiser looking for a title step. It’s for someone who has operated at scale and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping performance strategy within a growing agency environment.
You will take ownership of large, complex paid media accounts, working on dynamic international clients with significant budgets. You will be responsible for running, analysing, optimising and forecasting performance activity, ensuring both efficiency and commercial impact. You will work closely with the Digital Director and Deputy Digital Director, providing the depth of insight required for senior client conversations. For the right individual, there is also the opportunity to step directly into those discussions. This is a hands-on role at a senior level, someone who still enjoys the detail but thinks commercially and strategically.
Key Responsibilities- Managing and optimising high-value paid media accounts
- Delivering multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Paid Social and Programmatic
- Driving performance improvements through analysis and testing
- Producing meaningful, commercially grounded reporting
- Budget forecasting and performance modelling
- Contributing to strategic discussions with senior stakeholders
- Identifying growth opportunities within accounts
- 3+ years in Paid Media
- Experience managing substantial annual budgets (six to seven figures)
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence interpreting performance data
- Comfortable presenting insights to senior stakeholders
- Naturally analytical with a proactive mindset
