We’re looking for a commercially sharp, data-driven Paid Social Manager who thrives on delivering outstanding results. You’ll lead the paid social strategy and hands-on execution for a global travel client, working closely with their team to understand their audiences, drive performance, and optimise every campaign for maximum ROI.

What you’ll be doing

Running and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest for multiple global markets.

Managing budgets, ensuring accurate pacing, and reallocating spend for maximum return.

Analysing campaign and creative performance to identify trends, improve results, and shape future strategies.

Producing clear, insightful reports and roadmaps aligned with wider business goals.

Collaborating directly with the client, internal teams, and platform partners to unlock new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
What we’re looking for

3+ years’ hands-on experience managing high-performance paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Pinterest.

Strong grasp of the marketing funnel and the role paid social plays within it.

Skilled with Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools like GA4, Looker, or similar.

Confident giving creative feedback and influencing ad copy and design.

Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

A great communicator who can present insights and recommendations with confidence.

Experience with global campaigns, dynamic creative platforms (e.g., Feedonomics, Smartly.io), or agency/partner management is a bonus.
