You'll be trusted to take the lead, make things happen and build strong, long-term client relationships. Previous agency experience is highly desirable, and we're looking for someone who is confident managing clients, coordinating delivery and spotting opportunities to add value and grow accounts.
What you'll be doing:
- Own a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary point of contact
- Build strong, trusted relationships through proactive, value-led communication
- Lead client meetings, reporting and planning sessions
- Coordinate internal teams and own the delivery of marketing activity
- Manage timelines, priorities, budgets and client expectations
- Monitor account performance, utilisation and profitability
- Use data and reporting to provide insight and recommendations
- Contribute to account strategy and challenge client thinking
- Identify opportunities to grow and develop your accounts
- Support proposals, growth plans and new opportunities
- Provide guidance to Account Executives and contribute to improving agency processes

- Previous agency Account Management experience
- Experience managing multiple clients, projects or campaigns
