We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who thrives on building relationships, driving projects forward, and acting as the vital link between clients and our internal teams.
As Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of client relationships and projects. You’ll ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard, while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and add value. This is a fast-paced role for someone who is organised, commercially aware, and passionate about digital marketing and integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for key clients
- Build trusted, long-term relationships and understand clients’ business goals and challenges
- Lead regular client meetings, status calls, and reporting
- Translate client objectives into clear briefs for internal teams
- Manage expectations, timelines, and budgets effectively
- Project & Campaign Delivery
- Oversee the delivery of integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Work closely with strategy, creative, media, social, SEO, PPC, content and development teams
- Ensure projects run smoothly from briefing through to delivery and reporting
- Manage project timelines, scopes, and budgets
- Maintain high standards of quality control and attention to detail
- Commercial & Growth
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue
- Support the creation of proposals, statements of work and presentations
- Monitor account profitability and resource allocation
- Upsell and cross-sell agency services where appropriate
- Reporting & Performance
- Coordinate campaign reporting and performance analysis
- Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Help clients understand the value and impact of our work
- Essential
- 2–4+ years experience in an agency account management role
- Experience working on digital marketing campaigns (e.g. paid media, social, SEO, content, web, CRM)
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets
- Confident working with cross‑functional teams
- Desirable
- Experience in a full-service or integrated agency
- Understanding of analytics and marketing performance metrics
- Experience using project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday, Jira, Trello)
- Experience contributing to pitches or new business
