You’ll work closely with senior finance leadership to improve systems, streamline workflows, and create a more efficient, scalable finance operation.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day finance operations while helping drive smarter processes and automation across the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring revenue accuracy and reconciliation between operational systems and finance platforms
  • Overseeing AP/AR processes and supporting strong cash collection
  • Supporting a faster, more structured month-end close
  • Improving controls, reconciliations, and balance sheet integrity
  • Identifying process inefficiencies and reducing manual workarounds
  • Supporting finance system integration and automation initiatives
  • Working closely with internal teams to improve reporting accuracy and operational workflows

About You

We’re looking for someone who combines strong operational finance experience with a systems-focused mindset. You’ll likely have:

  • Experience in finance operations, financial control, or operational finance
  • Strong understanding of billing, reconciliations, and revenue recognition
  • Experience improving finance processes or systems
  • A detail-oriented and process-driven approach
  • Confidence working in a growing business environment
  • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred
  • Experience within a service-led, MSP, SaaS, telecoms, or recurring revenue business would be highly beneficial.
