We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join a growing UK organisation undergoing a significant digital and systems transformation.
This is a key role sitting between technical teams and business stakeholders, helping ensure technology solutions truly meet operational needs. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analysing and documenting requirements while acting as the bridge between IT, engineering teams and non-technical business stakeholders. You will help shape solutions across business systems, integrations and digital platforms, ensuring the right requirements are captured and delivered effectively.
- Working with business stakeholders to capture, analyse and document requirements
- Translating business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
- Acting as the bridge between business users, developers and technical teams
- Supporting system integrations, process improvements and digital initiatives
- Producing documentation such as user stories, process flows, data mappings and functional specs
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions to understand business challenges
- Identifying opportunities to improve business processes, workflows and system utilisation
- Supporting testing phases including UAT planning and requirements validation
- Ensuring solutions are aligned with both technical feasibility and business outcomes
Experience working as a Technical Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
Experience working with software development teams (Agile, Scrum or Waterfall environments)
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language
Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks
Bonus scheme
Hybrid working – 3 days onsite in Normanton
