A growing, service-led technology business is looking for a Management Accountant to join its finance team during a period of positive change and transformation. This is not a traditional management accounts role. Instead, it’s a hands-on, operational position focused on billing integrity, revenue accuracy, process improvement, and systems optimisation. You’ll work closely with senior finance leadership to improve workflows, strengthen controls, and help build a more scalable, tech-enabled finance function.
Responsibilities
- Own billing and revenue processes across recurring services, projects, and product sales
- Manage reconciliations, balance sheet integrity, and support month-end close
- Improve AP/AR processes and cash collection visibility
- Drive process improvements and reduce manual workarounds
- Investigate system/process issues and improve operational workflows
- Support stronger controls, reporting accuracy, and cash flow confidence
About You
- Strong background in operational finance, not just month-end reporting
- Experience with billing, revenue recognition, and reconciliations
- Systems-minded, with a focus on process improvement and automation
- Comfortable working in a service-led or operationally complex business
