This is a brand-new role, created to strengthen the department and improve service delivery. What You\βll Be Doing:
β Providing first-line technical support to internal users across the business
β Diagnosing & troubleshooting IT issues via phone, email, and ticketing system (handling 10-40 tickets a day)
β Managing Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange, including new user setups
β Supporting Windows and iPhone users, plus mobile device management (MDM)
β Assisting with Meraki networking, hybrid domain management, and on-prem/cloud environments
β Working closely with the infrastructure team on projects and learning as you go
What Weβre Looking For:
IT Support Experience β Ideally 1st Line, but 2nd Line knowledge is a bonus
Customer Service Focus β If youβre great with people, weβll help you with the tech!
Tech Enthusiast β Logical problem solver, loves troubleshooting, and enjoys learning
Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, and Meraki is a big plus
Google it & Figure it Out Mentality β We donβt throw people in at the deep endβ¦ but sometimes it happens!

The Details:
π° Salary: Β£27K-Β£30K DOE (Β£30K for more 2nd Line experience)
π Location: Office-based 3-5 days per week (Flexible)
π On-Call: Potentially, based on performance (Small rota)
π― Bonus: Performance-based, typically after 12 months
π Training: On-the-job & support from the Infrastructure team
