We’re on the lookout for a First Line Support Analyst to bolster a small, hardworking IT support team in a large well known retail business. This is a brand-new role, created to strengthen the department and improve service delivery. What You\'ll Be Doing:

βœ… Providing first-line technical support to internal users across the business

βœ… Diagnosing & troubleshooting IT issues via phone, email, and ticketing system (handling 10-40 tickets a day)

βœ… Managing Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange, including new user setups

βœ… Supporting Windows and iPhone users, plus mobile device management (MDM)

βœ… Assisting with Meraki networking, hybrid domain management, and on-prem/cloud environments

βœ… Working closely with the infrastructure team on projects and learning as you go

What We’re Looking For:

IT Support Experience – Ideally 1st Line, but 2nd Line knowledge is a bonus

Customer Service Focus – If you’re great with people, we’ll help you with the tech!

Tech Enthusiast – Logical problem solver, loves troubleshooting, and enjoys learning

Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, and Meraki is a big plus

Google it & Figure it Out Mentality – We don’t throw people in at the deep end… but sometimes it happens!

German speaking skills desirable but not essential

The Details:

πŸ’° Salary: Β£27K-Β£30K DOE (Β£30K for more 2nd Line experience)

πŸ“ Location: Office-based 3-5 days per week (Flexible)
