Service Desk EngineerLocation: Leeds / Halifax branches Salary: Β£27,000 β Β£33,000 + Benefits \\n Job Type: Full-Time Hybrid working β 2 days in office after induction \\n\\n Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for IT support? Our client, a Managed Service Provider is looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join their growing team! If you have experience with Microsoft products and packages amongst others and thrive in a fast-paced support environment, we want to hear from you.
\\n\\n Providing 1st, 2nd & 3rd line IT support to internal users and external clients. \\n#Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues . \\n#Managing Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments .
\\n#Ensuring excellent customer service and technical support. \\n\\n Experience with Microsoft products and packages (Office 365, Windows OS, Active Directory). \\nβ Experience in an IT support/helpdesk/service desk environment.
