Client Services Administrator 📍 Halifax, West Yorkshire | 💻 Hybrid Working (2–3 days on-site) | 💷 £25,000 DOE Are you a highly organised Client Services Administrator or Customer Support Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? Do you thrive on keeping things running smoothly while delivering an excellent customer experience? We’re partnering with a forward-thinking IT services company to recruit a Client Services Administrator to support their growing operations team. This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer support, service coordination, and IT administration — ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams and wearing multiple hats. 🔹 The Role As Client Services Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless service delivery by: Logging, triaging, and updating client support tickets Coordinating IT device logistics , onboarding, and build schedules Maintaining accurate records across CRM systems and internal documentation Liaising with suppliers and internal technical teams to fulfil client requests Monitoring SLAs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Supporting compliance and audit processes , including ISO-aligned documentation 🔹 What We’re Looking For You’ll be a great fit if you have: Experience in a Client Services, Customer Support, Administrator, or Coordinator role Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident written and verbal communication skills Experience using CRM systems , ticketing platforms, and Microsoft Office A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a “can-do” attitude (Experience in IT services, MSPs, or technology environments is beneficial but not essential.) 🔹 Why Join?
