Phlebotomist (Permanent) - Crewe

Your Baby Scan are recruiting for a qualified and experienced phlebotomist to join the existing team on a permanent basis at our busy Crewe scan centre. The ideal candidate would be caring, conscientious and effective at taking bloods from patients whilst keeping them calm and relaxed understanding that our patients may be going through a range of emotions and feelings. The ideal candidate would be compassionate towards our customers\’ concerns and able to make positive conversation with patients before, during and after venepuncture.

Job Specification

Duties of the role to include:

1. Meeting & greeting customers as they arrive at the clinic
2. Maintaining a very high level of customer care
3. Delivering a relaxing, professional, and premium experience to customers
4. Giving advice to customers when enquiring about our services
5. Guiding customers through the consent form
6. Keeping clinical spaces and workspace clean
7. Printing images for customers in various formats
8. Promoting healthy lifestyles and wellbeing

Working Hours

The role would be suitable for part-time or full-time working and is negotiable. The suitable candidate will be an employee of Your Baby Scan Ltd and paid via PAYE subject to Income Tax and NI, at or above national living wage.

The role is being offered as a permanent role and could be agreed across any of the following hours:

1. Weekdays: 10.00am – 7.00pm
