The Role Join a Mental Health team where you'll use your pharmacy expertise to support safe, effective patient care.
You'll carry out clinical pharmacy duties, maintain high standards of accuracy, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months' NHS or UK pharmacy experience
- Relevant pharmacy qualification and active GPh C registration
- Experience using clinical systems
