My name is Teni Afolabi, and I've been a Principal Consultant at Your World Nursing with over 7 years of service. I recruit all over the South of England. We're always looking for general nurses, ITU Nurses, A&E Nurses, Paediatric nurses, and Neonatal nurses who work long days, nights, and twilight shifts. I'm available to support you 7 days a week throughout the year.

As a Registered General Nurse, your responsibilities encompass various aspects of patient care. Your duties include:

  • Assessing and monitoring patients' health conditions
  • Administering medications and providing treatments as prescribed by doctors
  • Assisting in surgical procedures
  • Maintaining patient records
  • Offering emotional support to patients and their families
  • Collaborating with a healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
  • Educating patients on managing their health
  • Advocating for their well-being

Ensuring patient safety, maintaining infection control, and staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements are integral parts of your role. You’ll need great communication skills, outstanding attention to detail, and the drive to provide the very highest standards of care.
