Your World is recruiting to support clients with mental health conditions to pursue paid employment, following IPS principles.

The post-holder will work with a multidisciplinary community mental health team to provide employment support as part of care plans.

Based in Hammersmith, the temporary role offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with pay rates up to £19 per hour PAYE.
