Your World in Fareham is seeking a Customer Engagement Advisor to support the experience of Physio customers and referers, delivering an efficient, accurate, digitally-enabled service. You will be the first line for feedback and maintain strong relationships with IPs and patients.
This temporary role runs 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, based at the office. Start ASAP; duration about 4 weeks with possible extension; pay up to £14.24 per hour PAYE inclusive of holiday pay.
