We’re recruiting an experienced Band 7/8a Pharmacist to join a busy hospital on a locum basis.

Hours: 29.89 hours per week Monday – Friday | 09:00 – 16:00

Role Overview Deliver a patient-centred clinical pharmacy service across multiple specialties.

Duties include medicines reconciliation, prescription screening, medicines optimisation, supporting safe and cost-effective prescribing, and facilitating timely discharge and transfer of care.

You will also contribute to clinical governance, audits, guideline development, and support Band 6 and trainee pharmacists.

Requirements

  • GPh C registered
  • Current hospital pharmacy experience
  • 3+ years NHS experience
  • Strong clinical and ward skills
  • Daily PAYE or weekly Umbrella/Ltd payroll
