The role
As a Scrub Nurse, your primary responsibilities include ensuring a sterile environment by preparing and maintaining surgical instruments, equipment, and the operating room itself, and assisting the surgical team by passing instruments and supplies to the surgeon and surgical assistants during procedures. You\’ll meticulously follow strict aseptic techniques to prevent infections and complications and collaborate closely with the surgical team to anticipate their needs and help maintain the safety and efficiency of the operating room, contributing significantly to the success of surgical interventions.
