Job Description:

Your World has a new opportunity for an experienced Band 6 Acute Adult Dysphagia Speech and Language Therapist with postgraduate experience working with adult inpatient rehab and dysphagia. This locum contract in Leeds offers a pay rate between £18.00 – £20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

The ideal SLT will have prior experience working with adults as a postgraduate therapist. They should be encouraging, supportive, and understanding of diverse patient needs, with exceptional communication skills to build strong patient relationships.

Requirements:

  • An HCPC approved degree in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Valid HCPC registration
  • Dysphagia Training and Competencies completed
  • Postgraduate experience working with dysphagia patients
