We are looking for a GP Note Summariser for our client, their practice policy needs to have 90% of our records summarised at all times.

Pay Rates: £14 to £15 paye inclusive of holiday pay, depending on skill and experience.
Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, the working hours will need to be agreed with the client and could be:
- 8am to 4pm
- 9am to 5pm
- 10.00am to 6.00pm
Hybrid Working: No, always on client site.
System knowledge: Systm One or EMIS. Smart Card: Would be preferable, not essential.
Duties:
The Note Summariser summarises all records received at the surgery whether on paper or electronically, according to the practice protocol.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Medical records summarising and clinical data entry.
- Summarising both paper and electronic medical records according to the practice protocol.
- Code letters and other information received from care providers using the agreed practice protocols.
- Enter clinical data from letters and other information received from care providers, according to the practice protocol and as specified by the clinical team.
- Tidy up existing patient computer-held record in accordance with the practice protocol.
- To identify, together with the practice manager, any personal training needs and to be prepared to undertake any relevant training courses where necessary.
- To work continually to build on our success and improve the services offered by the practice, by constantly examining your own work, and that of the practice, and identifying areas that need improvement.
Other:
- To work flexibly according to the needs of the practice.
- Any other duties, appropriate to the post, as required by your manager or the Practice Manager or Partners.
Competencies:
- Ability to use clinical system, and to learn new software easily.
- Accuracy and efficiency in all areas of work.
