Your World is currently recruiting a Locum clinical pharmacist to clarify and safely screen written and electronic prescription charts, discharge letters and other forms for prescribing on wards.
Responsibilities include:
- Querying inappropriate prescribing, including unlicensed, off-licence and non-formulary prescribing experience for a hospital based in Birmingham.
This locum position is ongoing, with the ideal option being full-time hours, Monday to Friday. However, part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate.

Requirements:
- GPHC registered
- Previous experience of more than six months in a UK based Pharmacy setting
- MPharm Degree or equivalent
