The predicted salary is between 1300 - 1800 £ per month.
Hours required: 7:00am to 7:00pm, 7 days a week. We can offer split shifts if preferred, rather than long days.
Role requirements:
- Standard reception duties
- Booking patients for further tests and follow-up appointments
- Managing DNAs, as directed by the clinical team
System knowledge:
- Careflow and Solus experience would be highly beneficial. Training can be provided, but this will take time.
Core responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients and visitors in a polite, professional manner
- Checking patients in, confirming details (name, address, GP), and updating the EPR system
- Confirming preparation requirements have been followed, and addressing initial concerns
- Supporting patients and families, and helping keep the waiting area clean, tidy, and welcoming
- Scheduling new and follow-up appointments, managing cancellations, and handling DNAs
