Reception Supervisor

GP Reception Supervisor Location: Islington, North London Type of role: Permanent Shift patterns are as followed: There are two shifts, one between 08:00 to 16:00 and the other from 11:00 to 19:00. You must be able to work both shifts. Pay Rate: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum depending on skill and experience GP Practice experience: Yes Emis Web Experience: Yes Docman and AccuRX Experience: Desirable Smart Card holder: Desirable Duties include: * Supervising a mix of 5 part time and full time receptionists * Providing reception and administration support within a Health Centre * Dealing with the rotas for the non clinical members of staff * Using Emis Web to make and confirm patient appointments * Registering patients on Emis Web * Updating patients details on Emis Web * Making sure the staff are finishing tasks assigned to them so that everything runs smoothly in the Surgery * Keeping computer records up to date filing using office equipment such as printers, photocopiers and fax machines * Answering enquiries in person, by phone and email
