Job role: Project Officer Start date: ASAP End date: Projected end date April/May 2025, with potential to be more long time Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 (37.5hpw) Location: Shoreditch/Old Steet Pay: Band 5: £15 – £16.50 PAYE Inclusive of Holiday Pay £17 – £19ph Umbrella Band 6: £19 – £23ph PAYE Inclusive of Holiday Pay £21 – £25ph Umbrella Band 7: £23 – £26ph PAYE Inclusive of Holiday Pay £25 – £27ph Umbrella Job Summary: To work alongside the project lead to deliver Compucare 8 upgrade. Duties: * To understand what information is held, what is added and what is removed, how information is moved, and who has access and why to Compucare. * Responsible for project managing the clean-up of the system (organising the users for testing and follow up training with all users). * Work with internal and external teams to clean up information held on the system (i.e. cancellation reasons, consultant details, outcomes, booking types etc). * Work with internal and external PMs to ensure the system holds up to date information for consultants and clean up the different variations of consultant names (i.e. Provider, Referrer & Surgeon). * Clean up old reports on Report Generator and work with teams to create new ones and provide training on how to run. * Provide training to users. * Ensure there are internal control in place for audit and compliance reasons. * Help with process maps. * Anything else required by the project lead and project manager. Essential Experience: * Experience in Compucare 7 or 8, alternatively systems knowledge. * NHS experience. Desirable Experience: * Previous experience training members of staff. * Experience in conducting presentations. * Demonstrate excellent time management skills and ability of working to deadlines.
