We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead complex Trust-wide transformation programmes from inception to completion. It will ensure programmes are delivered effectively and achieve the intended measurable impact and outcomes for service users, carers and staff.

Location: Hatfield, Herts, Hybrid working possible at least 1-2 days on site

Job Type: Temporary

Duration of booking: Expected to last 3 months with possible extension to 9 months depending on budget

Proposed start date: ASAP

Pay Rates: Up to £34 per hour Umbrella or £29 per hour PAYE inclusive of holiday pay

Hours / Working Days: 37.5 hours per week / Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Job Description:

  • Programme management: Lead a Trust-wide programme to implement 5 clinical pathways, using a programme management approach to coordinate the workstreams (training, communications, digitisation and pathway development), and ensure milestones and objectives are achieved.
  • Stakeholder management: Lead regular workstream and programme meetings with stakeholders including senior clinical leads, operational leads, and experts by experience. Ensure meetings are action focused and decisions are made, and that all programme stakeholders feel involved and aware of decisions, progress and their actions.
