Location: Euston\\n\\nJob Type: Temporary\\n\\nDuration of booking: Expected to last around 2 months with possible extension\\n\\nProposed start date: ASAP\\n\\nPay Rates: Up to £14.55 per hour Umbrella or £13.00 per hour PAYE inclusive of holiday pay\\n\\nHours / Working Days: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday\\n\\nShifts: 9am – 6pm\\n\\nSector: Healthcare\\n\\nBased: Office\\n\\nKey Skills:\\n\\nEssential\\n\\n * SystmOne experience\\n\\n * Smartcard holder\\n\\n * Highly organised with administrative experience in a healthcare setting\\n\\n * Attention to detail\\n\\n * Accurate and quick data input\\n\\n * IT literate with competency in Microsoft applications\\n\\n * Excellent telephone manner\\n\\n * Flexible approach to working\\n\\nDesirable:\\n\\n * Summarising experience\\n\\n * Document Processing Experience\\n\\nGeneral duties:\\n\\n * Using NHS Systems on a daily basis to update patient information\\n\\n * Liaise with clinicians\\n\\n * Liaise with health professionals to develop effective mechanisms in managing the appointment system.\\n\\n * Provide a comprehensive clerical support to all professionals based in the department in line with administrative procedures.\\n\\n * Data input and upload all referrals to the Service onto the NHS computer system on a daily basis.\\n\\n * Manage incoming referrals and incoming work in an efficient and timely manner to ensure that the team meet the response deadlines.\\n\\n * Able to convey a positive and enthusiastic message to encourage completion\\n\\n * Receive all visitors of the department with courtesy and with efficiency, directing them as appropriate and acting as a focal point for enquiries.\\n\\n * Respond to incoming calls to the department, directing them appropriately and accordingly ensuring messages are recorded accurately and passed on in a timely manner
