Job Title: Medical Administrator Job type: Temporary Location: Barnet, North London Closest Station: High Barnet (Northern Line) Sector: Healthcare Duration: Ongoing Hours: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day – can be flexible about when Summary To support our GP Surgery with LTC (Long Term Conditions) and QOF management (Quality and Outcomes Framework). You will also be required to help on reception when needed. Duties * Helping on reception when required * Maintain and update patient records accurately. * Input clinical data for QOF reporting and assist with tracking targets. * Schedule and manage patient appointments for LTC reviews. * Handle patient queries and coordinate with clinical staff. * Prepare and manage reports related to LTC and QOF and update at monthly team meetings Skills & Experience Essential: * Administrative experience in QOF and LTC, preferably in healthcare. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Emis healthcare software * Excellent communication and confidentiality awareness.
