We are seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist with specialist expertise in Adult ADHD to act as Chief Medical Officer (CMO) on a fractional basis; providing strategic supervision. This role provides senior clinical leadership, supervision of Clinical Lead, governance oversight, and prescribing assurance during service launch and early growth. The CMO will work closely with the Clinical Lead, Operations, and Compliance to ensure the service operates safely, proportionately, and in line with best practice and regulatory expectations. The role offers flexible scheduling over 1 to 2 days per month.
