Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the allied health professions (AHP) sector, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, radiographers, and speech and language therapists.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and delivering tailored recruitment solutions to meet their evolving needs.
  • Utilise a variety of sourcing techniques, including database searches, job boards, social media, and headhunting, to identify and attract top AHP talent for permanent and temporary positions.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for available roles, ensuring a high standard of quality and fit.
  • Guide candidates and clients through the recruitment process, from initial contact to placement and onboarding, while providing ongoing support and guidance.

Requirements:
