About the Role
We are seeking experienced Locum Consultant Psychiatrists to join services across the country. Whether you’re looking for occasional shifts or longer-term contracts, we can match you with opportunities in inpatient, community, liaison, or specialist settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and provide evidence-based treatment plans.
- Offer clinical leadership and supervision to junior doctors and the multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in Mental Health Act work, risk management, and clinical governance activities.
Requirements
- Full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
- Inclusion on the Specialist Register (or within 6 months of CCT).
- Relevant experience in adult, CAMHS, old age, or specialty psychiatry.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
Desirable
- Section 12 Approved Clinician (AC) Approval
