An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and motivated Emergency Department Nurses to pick up long day shifts in Lincoln.
With shifts visible up to two weeks in advance, these roles give you real control over your schedule and the chance to book the work you want early.

Shift Visibility: Up to 2 weeks in advance
Based: Hospital (Emergency Department)
Job responsibilities
- Delivering safe, effective emergency care to patients presenting with a wide range of conditions.
- Triaging, assessing and prioritising patients according to clinical need.
- Administering medication, carrying out observations and responding quickly to deteriorating patients.
- Maintaining accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
- Working closely with emergency medicine doctors, advanced practitioners and the wider ED team.
Job Purpose
- To support the Trust in maintaining safe staffing levels within the Emergency Department during long day shifts.
- To provide calm, compassionate and professional care in a fast-paced environment.
- To help ensure patients are assessed, treated and moved through the department safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Current NMC PIN.
