I'm currently recruiting for an exciting Pharmacy Manager opportunity in Brighton, with a newly established pharmacy looking for someone who wants to be part of its growth from the very beginning. This is much more than a traditional Pharmacy Manager role. The successful candidate will work closely with the owners to shape and grow the pharmacy, with the long term opportunity to progress into a Regional Manager position overseeing multiple pharmacies within the group.

Role Details:

  • Location: Brighton
  • Salary: £55,000–£65,000 DOE
  • Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
  • Start: November

We're looking for a forward thinking and commercially minded Pharmacy Manager who wants to build something rather than simply manage an established pharmacy. The role will involve the day to day running of the pharmacy, while also working closely with the owners to:

  • Develop and grow the pharmacy
  • Identify new opportunities and services
  • Explore and develop new online pharmacy services
  • Look at how AI and technology can be utilised within the pharmacy
  • Help shape the future direction of the business
  • Develop processes and strategies to support future growth

An interest or understanding of AI, digital healthcare or online pharmacy services would be highly desirable. Most importantly, we're looking for someone whose vision and ambition aligns with the owners. This is intended to be a long term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the business and have a genuine influence on its direction.

As the pharmacy and wider group grow, there will be performance based rewards, salary increases and progression opportunities, with the long term potential to move into a Regional Manager role. If you're an ambitious Pharmacy Manager who is looking for something different and wants the opportunity to have a real impact on the growth of a new pharmacy, I'd love to speak with you.

If this sounds like something you would be interested in, simply reply to this email and I'll be happy to arrange a confidential conversation and provide you with more information. To apply please send your CV to or call Neel on 0203 751 5883 for a confidential chat.
