Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an ADOS/ADI-R Assessor in Greater London. The assessor will conduct autism diagnostic assessments using ADOS and ADI-R tools for children and young people. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating clients’ developmental history
  • Administering structured assessments
  • Preparing detailed reports
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care plans

Qualifications

  • Advanced training in ADOS and ADI-R administration and interpretation
  • Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorders (ASD), cognitive development, and behavioural frameworks
  • Professional qualifications as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Speech and Language Therapist (SLT)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Relevant experience in conducting assessments with children and young people
  • Registration with HCPC or equivalent regulatory body
  • Experience in working in a healthcare or clinical setting is advantageous
