We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse for our ADHD assessment and Treatment service for adults across the UK. The service provides fast, evidence based diagnostic assessments, safe medication initiation and titration and ongoing reviews.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape a service model that combines high clinical standards, digital innovation and scalable governance. You will play a key role in shaping and refining both the assessment pathway and treatment pathway. This is a permanent role based on a Remote (UK-based) model with some travel to our London based office if required.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Clinical Practice
  • Conducting remote ADHD medication reviews and titration
  • Independent Prescribing (V300)
  • Review and assessment
  • Governance and Quality
  • Lead on clinical governance for ADHD services
  • Compliance with NICE NG87, GMC/NMC and CQC
  • Leadership and Training
  • Line Management of Nurse Prescribers and Titration Nurses
  • Delivering ongoing CPD, mentoring and clinical supervision
  • Service Development
  • Support new service launches
  • Improving patient experience
What We’re Looking For:
  • Registered Nurse (RMN or RGN with relevant MH experience)
  • V300 Independent Prescriber
  • Minimum 2–3 years ADHD prescribing experience
  • Experience with remote clinics
  • Strong understanding of governance and CQC compliance
  • Confident with EHR systems
