As a locum Pharmacist, you will act as a critical link in the multidisciplinary team, ensuring therapeutic efficacy and precision in complex clinical decision-making and clinical prescription checking.

- Quality & Compliance: Maintain rigorous adherence to GPHC standards and Trust-specific protocols to ensure the highest levels of patient safety.
- Skills: Coordinate seamlessly with medical and nursing staff to streamline discharge planning and departmental workflow.
Requirements
- Background: Relevant experience in a UK-based Pharmacy setting, with Right to Work in the UK.
- Credentials: Mandatory MPharm Degree (or equivalent) and current GPHC registration.
