We are currently recruiting for an experienced Band 5/6 Medicines Management Technician.
Requirements:
- Previous hospital pharmacy experience is essential.
- Experience working directly on hospital wards.
- Confident undertaking drug histories and medicines reconciliation.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Relevant pharmacy technician qualifications and registration.
