Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Associate at Your Will Be Done. The Sales Associate will engage prospective customers via online channels, phone, and messaging platforms, explaining product features and guiding them through the will‑creation process. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting needs assessments, presenting suitable bundles and offers, and supporting customers in completing their purchases. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, following up with leads, and collaborating with marketing and customer support teams to improve the customer journey. The Sales Associate is expected to meet sales targets, uphold ethical sales practices, and contribute to a positive, customer‑centered culture.
Qualifications
- Customer service and client‑facing communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in clear, friendly language.
