About the Role
You are joining the team to help HR leaders, L&D Managers, and Operational Leaders to improve the performance of their people. “Engaging the hearts and minds of people in a corporate environment and making sure they’ve got the right tools to be able to do what’s being asked of them.”
What you will be selling
Initially you will be selling The Motivation Agency’s online and face-to-face courses, which have an average order size of £10k to £20k and an average sales cycle of 2 to 3 months. You will then have the opportunity to expand into the wide range of bespoke training that is available.

- You will have built an exceptional knowledge of our products, our solutions, our industry, and our ideal customer’s needs.
- You will have consistently signed a minimum of £12,500 per month, exceeding £150,000 in annual sales.
To achieve this, you will:
- Generate leads through LinkedIn prospecting, creating interest through engagement.
- Build relationships with your prospects through calls, virtual meetings, and email communication.
- Demonstrate our expertise and products with a focus on the relevant benefits to the prospect.
- Update and maintain your interactions on our CRM System.
- Work closely with the team to identify areas for continued knowledge improvement.

Strong written and spoken English, being based in the UK
The motivation to deliver results whilst working remotely

Experience working within the education industry is desirable but not essential.
Reward & Progression
The annual salary is £32,000 to £35,000 based on your experience. Your sales target is £150,000 per year and your average order size is between £10,000 and £20,000. The commission structure is tiered and uncapped. You will get 5% of all sales until you surpass your £150k target, then you will qualify for up to 20%. Your realistic On Target Earnings in your first year are £60,000. Your realistic On Target Earnings in your year two are £80,000.
