When you join Your Trust as a Leisure Attendant you will be part of a charity based across the Rochdale Borough that aims to support every member of our diverse community to live their best life; inspiring them to be healthier, happier and creative people. The purpose of the job is to provide a professional, efficient and high quality service to customers of Your Trust. This includes lifeguarding and poolside supervision, preparation, moving and dismantling of equipment, housekeeping and supporting with functions and events. You will also attend ongoing training to maintain NPLQ qualification and to achieve re-qualification.

Qualifications:
- Hold National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
- Experience of dealing with customers and groups, clubs and organisations
- Hold Emergency First Aid or demonstrate commitment and ability to achieve within 3-6 months
- Ability to develop positive relationships with stakeholders, partners and members of the public
- Friendly, outgoing person who likes to work with different clients; ability to follow laid down procedures, work under pressure and without constant supervision
- Ability to carry out different tasks cheerfully and with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication; both oral and written and excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
