When you join Your Trust as a Marketing and Digital Content Executive you will be part of a charity based across the Rochdale Borough that aims to support every member of our diverse community to live their best life; inspiring them to be healthier, happier and creative people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional, efficient and high quality public engagement service with community participants, partners and the wider membership group.
  • Support the Culture Co‑op Team with the development and delivery of a range of marketing campaigns to support our Creative People and Places programme.
  • Manage social media including content creation and engagement.
  • Manage website, e‑marketing and digital surveying.
  • Serve as the digital content creator for the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject or qualified by experience.
  • Relevant professional experience in a marketing and communications environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver creative and cost‑effective integrated communications and campaigns.
  • Experience communicating to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, partners and members of the public.
  • Knowledge and experience in both online and offline marketing strategies.
  • Excellent relationship and network building skills, both internally and externally.
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to plan and work to deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure, set targets, meet deadlines and remain calm.
  • DBS check appropriate to the role.

Benefits

  • Salary: Band 4, £30,767 – £34,140 per annum (pro‑rate for part‑time hours).
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
  • Location: Hybrid Working – Office and Home.
