- Salary: Band 2, £23, per annum (pro‑rate for part time)/£12.00 per hour
- Hours: 29 hours per week
What will my role be as a Leisure Attendant?
You will provide a professional, efficient and high quality service to customers of Your Trust. This includes lifeguarding and poolside supervision, preparation, moving and dismantling of equipment, housekeeping and supporting with functions and events. You will also attend ongoing training to maintain NPLQ qualification and to achieve by re‑qualification.
What do I need to have?
- Hold National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
- Experience of dealing with customers and groups, clubs and organisations
- Ability to develop positive relationships with stakeholders, partners and members of the public
- Friendly, outgoing person who likes to work with different clients
- Ability to work within a team with common objectives
- Able to work flexibly including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays
- Excellent communication; both oral and written and excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
