What will my role be as an Activity Centre Assistant - Casual? The purpose of the job is to provide a professional, efficient and high quality service to customers of Your Trust. This includes using your excellent customer service skills to be the face of the Water Activity and Woodland Adventure Centre by meeting, greeting and assisting visitors to enable them to access the activity or service they’re interested in.
What do I need to have?
- Experience of working in a reception or customer focussed environment
- Experience of dealing with customers
- Experience in a range of watersports and outdoor activities such as paddlesports, powerboating, raft building, sailing, climbing or adventure nets/high ropes
- Friendly, outgoing person who likes to work with different customers
- Ability to develop positive relationships with stakeholders, partners and members of the public
- Ability to follow laid down procedures, work under pressure and without constant supervision
- Ability to work within a team with common objectives
- Good level of numeracy / literacy skills
- Excellent communication; both oral and written and excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
