They are now looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their IT team. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing excellent technical support both remotely and on-site. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow their career into 2nd Line support and beyond. This role is ideal for candidates with solid 1st Line experience and a willingness to take on more responsibility as they progress into 2nd Line tasks. Training and guidance will be provided to support your career development.
